Starting from where you are
Perhaps you find yourself stuck in the same situations, without really understanding why.
Maybe your emotions feel overwhelming—or, on the contrary, distant and hard to access.
You might feel disconnected from yourself, from others, or from what really matters to you.
Gestalt therapy offers a space to stay with these experiences and explore them as they unfold. Together, we pay attention to what emerges in the present moment—through words, emotions, and bodily sensations. This awareness allows patterns to take shape more clearly and supports the possibility of change.
In-person sessions in Grenoble. Available in English and French.
Working together
I welcome adults for individual psychotherapy sessions, in a space that is attentive, open, and engaged. My work support a wide range of difficulties, but also a desire for change, clarity, or deeper self-understanding.
People come to see me for different reasons. You might be experiencing anxiety, a lack of direction or motivation, or difficulties in your relationships. You may find yourself repeating certain patterns, or going through a period of questioning. Sometimes, there isn’t a clear problem—just a sense that something needs to shift.
Over time, therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you are living, and experience things differently. This can bring relief, but also open the possibility of responding to situations in a way that feels more adjusted, more creative, and more aligned with who you are.
Who am I ?
I’m Dustin Billon, a Gestalt therapist based in Grenoble. I accompany people who wish to better understand themselves and move toward a way of living that feels more aligned, more grounded, and more their own.
Being bilingual and bi-national (French–American), I’m particularly attentive to questions of identity, belonging, and the experience of living between cultures. My approach is also informed by trauma-aware work, including NARM, which supports the healing of complex relational trauma.
A session lasts 50 minutes. It is a space where we explore together what matters to you, at your pace. Sessions take place in my office in Grenoble, near the Halles Sainte-Claire, 4 Rue Auguste Gaché.
Getting in touch
If this resonates with you, you’re welcome to reach out.
We can begin with a brief phone conversation to clarify your needs and answer any questions you may have. You can also book a first session directly.
The first session is an opportunity to meet, explore what brings you, and see whether working together feels right for you. There is no commitment beyond this initial step.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You don’t have to be sure—just curious enough to begin
